We accept cash, e transfer, Square and Paypal. If purchasing through website, you don’t need a Paypal account to pay with a credit card. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and eChecks. E transfer payments are welcome and are sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipping is added to the purchase price for all of Canada and Contiguous United States (lower 48 plus DC) so please contact to verify. For other countries shipping will also be added to the purchase price please contact to verify. Make sure that the address you provide matches the address on your Paypal account. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to insure we have the correct shipping address. Artwork will be shipped to the address on the Paypal account. As a fraud protection measure, Paypal requires shipment to your Paypal “confirmed” address only.
Shipments occur Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays within Canada and the United States. Under normal circumstances, we generally ship original artworks within five working days of receipt of payment. We will email you shipping information and expected delivery date. We request that you email us upon receipt of shipment.
Shipments are from Canada. All shipments made within Canada and to the US will be shipped parcel post via Canada Post when possible. Other couriers are used for larger artworks. Express shipments and insurance are available, please contact us prior to purchase and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs and adjust shipping charges accordingly.
International Orders: Yes international shipping can be arranged. Please contact us for estimate. Duties, Customs and other fees are responsibility of purchaser.
If your artwork is received damaged, it is most likely the result of a shipping mishap. Please contact us via phone or e-mail within 24 hours of receipt so we can remedy the problem. If your order is delivered to you with obvious damage, please do not open the package. You may refuse the package and have the carrier return the package to us. If damage is found after the package is opened, please save all packaging material and let us know by phone or email photos of damage.
We want customers to be delighted with their purchases! If you wish to make a return please contact us prior to returning the artwork. Any artwork can be returned for an exchange credit for another artwork from the orginally artist purchased*.
Original Art: you have seven (7) days from the day you received the painting(s) to return it for an exchange credit*. After seven (7) days all sales are final.
*You must contact us directly within the grace return time period before shipping or returning the artwork back to us.
Return shipping is to be paid for by the buyer. For exchange credit to apply, the artwork must be returned in like new (undamaged) condition, in original shipping container and be returned with all accompanying certificates/paperwork you received with your order. The buyer is also responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. It is advisable to ship returns insured, as gallery exchange credit cannot be issued for items not received. The right is reserved to refuse a gallery exchange credit if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
The Gallery does not guarantee exchange credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to email@example.com before sending the item back.

When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology at Paypal.
Who we share your data with
The personal information you submit during the registration process to become a subscriber, will only be used by to communicate with you with your express consent.
This information will not be sold, rented, disclosed or made available to any third party with the exception that we reserve the right to disclose your information as necessary to comply with any applicable law, if compelled to in case of a legal process, or in good faith in response to any third party claims of infringement.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

MailPoet newsletter & emails
If you have subscribed to our newsletter or if you are a member of our website (you can log in) or if you have purchased on our website, there is a good chance you will receive emails from us.
We will only send you emails which you have signed up to receive, or which pertain to the services we provided to you.
To send you emails, we use the name and email address you provide us. Our site also logs the IP address you used when you signed up for the service to prevent abuse of the system.
This website can send emails through the MailPoet sending service. This service allows us to track opens and clicks on our emails. We use this information to improve the content of our newsletters.
No identifiable information is otherwise tracked outside this website except for the email address.
